I have done 2 half marathons and one 15km run. I am also trained in Medibank Melbourne marathon.

It is about $90 for 10 weeks and here we will have all the recipes and things to help you get along to the marathon and finish the 21km/42km race- whatever it is you want. We will design a program just right for you.

For 21km we suggest you train three to four times a week for at least an hour. Two for long runs. For 42km we suggest 2-4 hours of work 4-5 times a week. We also suggest training with different foods as that helps.
