They are easy to do at home and the usual bars and clubs charge about $9-$15 per plate of two. Well we bought the pack of eight sliders at Coles for about $4-$5 and the cos lettuce for about $2. The pulled pork mixture was from our freezer.
So here’s how to make the sliders
You will need:
- A sandwich press
- Your premade pulled pork mixture
- Cos lettuce
- And the sliders (1-2 per person is fine)
First of all wash the lettuce and then finely shred it.
Slice the onion
Cut open the sliders
Put in your pulled pork mixture followed by the lettuce and onion. Here is a Youtube video by Chowhound to show you how:
