Values- mindset by Akira

What do you value the most? What are your goals? It is ok if you don’t know the answer to this question.

Does it have any impact on your day to day actions? Now’s a really good time to think about this as we are into the Covid19 period. There are no set boundaries or limits on values- its all about the way how you perceive them. These should determine your priorities and what needs to be done each day.

How values help you in life?

What are you happiest doing? For me that would be my health blog. I was not happy in doing food as I felt like I was not helping anyone to be healthy and I was getting fat. If you value family and life, working a 70 hour week in the office might not be the best for you.

Identify the times when you were the most happiest and satisfied

Everyone has a different time and a different feeling of satisfaction. For me that would have to be at the gym when I achieved my best at RPM in my cycle classes. I had a good instructor and from there I wanted to learn and teach RPM. I really wanted to mentor the newbies.
