2020 is just around the corner so now would be a good time to think about next year. Think about where you want to be by this time next year and how it would make you feel. This TedX talk explains all.
You should start setting some SMART goals and think about what you can achieve. Reflect on where you have been this year.
With this current attitude and if you didn’t change anything- where would you be in five to ten years time?
Think about what needs to change. What are you unhappy with right now? What would you be happy with?
Are you happy at your current workplace? If not when do you want to get out of there.
Do you need to lose some weight and learn some healthy habits? If so when would you like to do it by and how much? Be specific. If you’re not specific, you’ll end up being overwhelmed and won’t get the task done.
